We do not accept returns or refunds. The item is fully inspected for cracks, chips, and broken pieces before it is given to the customer to ensure it is 100% in perfect condition. 

This mug will be wrapped in bubble wrap and put into a small box sure to not break. In the event, you receive a damaged item you are immediately to take a photo- send it to me immediately upon opening the box and I will make the order right.
